Returns Policy

Unfortunately, Lilac Green does not accept returns on perishable flowers or plants. If you have a major problem with your flowers please call us immediately and see our FAQ page for more information.

We can exchange or credit non-perishable gifts (i.e. candles, incense, ceramics) if the product is returned in the same condition it was sold and with proof of purchase.

Lilac Green is happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit if there is a major problem with your product.
However, regretfully, if you simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it we cannot offer a refund, return or exchange.

Exchanged products must be of an identical type and price to the product originally supplied. Refunds will be the same amount you paid and will be provided in the same form as your original payment.
