Lilac Green reserves the right to charge an added delivery fee (payable by the customer) under particular circumstances. If customers require a timed delivery (eg: By 11am or AM/PM) these orders must be placed 24 hours in advance and will incur a VIP surcharge From $15.
This may include the delivery location being outside of the delivery areas listed, misspelled or incorrect delivery information provided at the time of order and difficulty/delays caused by misleading information provided. It is the customers responsibility to inform Lilac Green of the receivers finishing time or close of business if it is before 5:30pm. Additional delivery fees may apply.
If your items fail to be delivered, they will be returned to Lilac Green and an additional courier fee will be passed on to you should you choose to have your item re-delivered. Alternatively, you can collect your arrangement free of charge during studio hours.
If no one is home and permission has been given to leave the flowers, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the flowers and follow the care instructions.
